We contacted the Company about performing some regrading in our yard and installation of a french drain. Drew was at our house estimating the project within a few hours and sent the formal quote before the end of the day. The work was performed a few weeks later and the crew was very professional and answered any questions we had while the work was being performed. Drew Gardner is SO totally ethical, thoughtful, and helpful. When I was quoted over $40k from a different chain basement renovation place for work I wasn't even requesting by someone who tried to scare me about the state of my basement (though I've *never* had any problems or flooding), Drew Gardner could tell me based on my address that my foundation is just fine and I have nothing to worry about. They didn't want to quote me anything because they knew immediately my basement is really solid. I WISH I could hire Drew Gardner, but I can't because they don't do the work I need (concrete leveling for a bumpy floor) and they referred me elsewhere! If I ever need work in the future, I'll hire them in a heartbeat.

The concrete facade on our home's foundation was cracked and starting to break away in some places. Drew took our call, and made a trip to our home within 24 hours of us contacting his company. After a thorough inspection, he determined the foundation itself was solid and sound, but could benefit from concrete resurfacing. He was able to schedule us for the work within 2 weeks of our first contact, and the work was done in a single morning. The crew who came to our house did a phenomenal job. The resurfaced concrete facade is flawless and uniform all the way around the house. The crew was also kind, patient, and left the site spotless after the work was complete. We were really happy with the work the team did. They were really quick to respond communicating often about project progress, came in under their estimate even though they encountered some things that extended the project, and they did quality work that we are very happy with. I highly recommend them for concrete step work.
