Jake is a consummate professional in his field. My dvd player was repaired to full functionality and feels like a new and better machine. I fully intend to be using his services in the future, as well as recommending him to others with similar problems. 5 stars!

I highly recommend JML for electronics and appliance repair. I brought in my schools scoreboard for troubleshooting and repair. Jake was friendly, very knowledgeable, and passionate about his work. He was eager to take on the challenge, and was up-front about his process and costs. He was willing to work with me according to my budget, and he kept me updated on his progress the whole way through. And his shop cat was a sweetie, too! 10/10 would pet again!

jake is incredibly knowledgeable about sewing machines-so much so he knew the exact parts it needed replaced by barely looking at it! he walked me through fixing and fine tuning every part of my machine, letting me know how to do everything as we went. he helped me learn how to do some basic troubleshooting on my own. HIGHLY recommend Jake for all mechanical repair needs!!

I had a vintage 80's Technics CD player I really wanted repaired since it matched my receiver and turntable from the same era. Jake threw himself into this project and really went the extra mile to get this (from what I now know thanks to Jake) highly collectible stereo component back in working condition. Communication and updates were frequently provided and the final cost was very reasonable. I'm pretty sure that if it is something that can be plugged in, Jake can repair it.
