I love Dr. Sam! He has been extremely helpful, and is very kind and knowledgeable. He listens to the patient and their family and maintains an open door for us to communicate with him outside of appointments. We are so grateful that we found him.

Dr. Sam has been the best!!! He takes time to listen and truly cares about his patients. He looks at the big picture and helps come up with a plan together. Ive never felt like just another number or quota, hes always made me feel like I matter. When I found out he started his own practice, I immediately left the big name office and scheduled with him! Ive spent years going in and out of offices, trying countless different things. In just a 2-3 visits, Dr Sam had me on a steady track and I havent had any issues since. 10/10 highly recommend!!! Best doctor, best listener and confidant. Hell take care of you as if you were his own family!

Dr. Sam is an amazing person to have as a doctor and always gives sound advice. He treats you like a person and not a patient. I am proud to have him in my life and consider essential as family.

Glad to finally have Sam back as a provider . I worked with Sam at another clinic he was was very good and understood my mental health issues.
