The cleaner was 30 minutes late to the appointment. The excuse from the manager was She forgot to get gas the night before so she had to stop in the morning. I returned 4 hours later and my apartment door was left wide open and no one was in the unit. The unit was not even half way cleaned. The cleaner returned 10 minutes later. I called the manager to explain the situation. His response later was that she never left the building, so apparently he accused me of lying about the situation. Absolutely awful experience from start to finish.

All around great customer service. We got a great cleaning at our condo, and a small billing mishap was handled timely and professionally. Would absolutely recommend this cleaning service!

Extremely pleased with CertainClean. They do a great job cleaning our condo, very professional, and best of all they are super helpful when it comes to working with my schedule. The owner and staff do an excellent job of communicating. The payment system is also very easy to use. Highly recommend them!
