Unfortunately, I wasn't able to shop here. Stopped by the store on a Sunday at 11:30am. Despite the posted hours indicating the store should be open, it was not. I could not find a sign or posting indicating why the store was closed. I called the phone number listed for the store. It rang through, and I got the dreaded "the voicemail box is full and cannot receive messages at this time". I had high hopes given the positive reviews for their work, but was not able to have my device fixed here and went elsewhere for the work.

BUYER BEWARE This company doesnt care about their reputation or customer service. Brought in my iPhone 12 Pro Max with broken screen, they agreed on a price , took my phone and raised the price when I came to pickup the phone, told me its just cost more then he expected! I paid it just because I was happy with the process. Before I left the store, the new screen fell out of the phone, they told me to leave it longer with them so they can glue it down again! Next day I pick it up and the new screen didnt dim correctly, they told me its the best they could do! Now , I over paid and screen didnt work correctly. 3 weeks later the screen dies completely. I call them and guy tells me he doesnt care because there is no warranty at all and hangs up on me. I called back and asked if there is anything he could do, its 3 weeks old and no cracks or damage , he tells me no warranty and blocks me! I just had batteries plus replace the screen, took them a hour, dims perfectly , looks great and was less money then what I paid the phone store in Blaine! These guys are selling low grade parts and low grade installation quality! No interest in customer service! They just want your money! My reply to store owners reply I showed at scheduled appointment, agreed on a price, put $100 down on a credit card as a downpayment, you ordered me a new screen and a back of the phone plate, week later I brought phone in (once you had materials) you installed the screen and back plate , charged me 20% more then agreed to, I paid with credit card (all documented with credit card receipts). Screen fell out of your brothers hands because the glue didnt hold, so I had to come back the next day to pickup! Screen dimmer never worked , employee said its best he can do, then screen failed 3 weeks later and same employee (your brother) told me there are no warranties on your install or product! Batteries had screen instock ,replaced your screen and dims perfect, works perfectly and was less expensive than what I paid you! 1 hour total
