My Apologies to the Store, but I can not find a spot to post on the company. I was trying to port my # to another carrier. There was a challenge as my imei was not working as my account #. As I was talking to the service person she explained she could get it done, but wanted permission to update my account. I asked why, and she said that what she was going to do made it possible to get the information. I said fine. Then the phone connection ended. She took my phone # and replaced it with a new one. I started with online service and got a call back in about 15 min. I was told that I had to go buy a sim card to get my # back. The idea of spending money, to fix a problem that Total Wireless created is unacceptable. That they did that to my # is unacceptable. It really drives home the message that they are a great company -if everything works right, and you do not need service. But if you do need service, you mood is going to change for the worse. I am moving on from them, (and sadly my own phone #). Like Breaking up with a toxic significant other, I just do not want anything to do with them any more. Best of luck to all!

He take 80 $ from me for unlimited simple mobile line when using the line he give me line 3 Gb original price 25 $ whe I talk with the store he tell me activation 25 $ and sim card 20 $ the stole my mony
