Poor quality job. I still had dirt on top of the carpet. He did not do the edges at all. It looked like he only tried to do the flat of the stairs, and completely neglected the horizontal parts. Then he tried to charge me 30% more than the quote he gave, and the initial discription I gave of the unit was clear (no surprises). I did call the technician to express my dissatisfaction in the job, but it seems he could care less about the poor quality, and more about the 30% “discount” he gave me. The job was so bad, I’m going to have to have it done again.
