        quick and easy process to reserve and get a vehicle. My car got towed and I needed a car urgently, and 30 minutes after booking, the vehicle is ready and I was able to avoid any trip cancellation. staffs are great and nice.

        They did not offer unlimited mileage. They overcharged me for fuel when I'd returned the car full of fuel; and their representatives are more concerned with being 'right' than helpful. Your money is green everywhere. Spend it with a company that actual cares how they treat their customers. I will never rent from this place again. Absolutely not.

        Renting a car can be a crapshoot if the business isn't dedicated to the process. The staff in Bloomington are committed to the process. Very friendly, efficient and helpful. The car was better than advertised. I will be back the first chance I have to rent another car
