Do NOT move forward with this company. If you are a small business, it is not in your best interest. I signed up for a 30 day trial, tried canceling 2 months into the trial and then they finally got back to me a month later and voided our trial 1 day after and then "prorated" a charge for NEVER using their services. Most unprofessional expense service, and business for that matter, that I have ever dealt with. In multiple emails explaining what had happened, they did not want to hear it and kept explaining that we needed to pay the charge. In addition, sent a final demand letter. MOST UNPROFESSIONAL company I have ever dealt with. As a person who relies on reviews, I cannot express how important it is for you to look elsewhere immediately.
