Theres no signage. Nothing indicating where to wait. Calls to customer service were frustrating and Greyhound claimed no knowledge of this location. Not impressed, tbh

The entire Greyhound situation seems abusive. The entire equation smells like feces and urine, not the people, the buses. I can tolerate the abuse, but the rest of the world doesn't deserve it.
Greyhound should examine its soul. Take them if that's your budget, but I recommend craiglist rideshare and rideshare apps over this. Yikes.
Predatory practices is an understatement.

It is not an official stop, it is an apartment building, I asked the tenants and they told me that there was no bus stop there,
I had to go back online to fix my ticket, and I had to pay 150 extra from the previous payment.
