I had the best experience here! I came in a bit nervous, only knowing a general style I wanted and nothing else. Liz was incredible at helping me! She got to know me and worked with me the entire time, never leaving my side. They had a plethora of styles and accessories so you can really get a feel for not only the dress but what you would look like walking down the isle as well! I recommend Brides of France to everyone!

Dee is amazing! I had a private personalized appointment. I told her what I was looking for and what I didn't want. She really listened. The first dress that she chose for me to try was the one! It's like it was made for me! I also told her how I thought I wanted to accessorize and she grabbed exactly what I described so I could see what it would look like. I feel like I got a fantastic deal on a couture dress that normally would have been way out of my price range.

Giving five stars for Brides of France because of Dee!! I bought a dress here a month ago trusting the confident advice that the dress would be able to zip up and fit me after letting out some fabric from the sides. However, multiple tailors informed me I was given wrong information as there was not nearly enough fabric to do so and the dress would not be able to fit me. I went back to Brides of France and explained the situation to Dee, and she completely saved the day with the most amazing customer service I have ever experienced. She was understanding and went above and beyond to correct the situation in so many ways. With her care and priority in finding me a new dress, I was able to feel at ease after an incredibly stressful situation and left the shop again with renewed excitement and a gorgeous dress that was meant for me after all! Thank you so much Dee!!

Liz is a ROCKSTAR!!! She made our experience so much fun and was very knowledgeable about every single style, and fabric. It was great to have someone who had such valuable input, and really listened to what I wanted and saw who I was as a bride! Liz said she often works on weekdays SO if you get a chance, visit the shop on a weekday!!

I came to this place with my best friend and her sister. My best fiend is getting married and she was so excited try on their dresses. The older lady that was helping us I believe her name is Kim. Well from the moment we entered she gave off very hostile energy. Just said welcome, Im helping you guys but in a very unwelcoming tone and facial expression. Ive seen other brides in the past and how they get treated by the person helping them. But Kim wasnt nice. She didnt even seem to want to help us. My best friend is a hijabi and she wanted to try on a dress without her hijab however she didnt feel comfortable standing by the window and she told her that. Kim, didnt seem to like that. The way she was responding to my friend sounded like she didnt care at all. Oh I can bring the chair away from the window. But with a very condescending tone. My best friend still didnt seem comfortable because the windows were still there and everyone can see but then instead of trying to work with my friend, Kim got irritated and told my friend well what do you want me to do? There is the window, you can put on your hijab back. She was getting angry and her tone was aggressive towards my friend. like she wasnt talking to a guest at all. Kim was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and giving Islamophobic vibe. She seemed to be very normal with others but with my friend. So my friend said no worries I dont want to try anything on thats when Kim panicked and changed her tone to being apologetic and lowered down her tone. But it was too late. My friend left the place disappointed.
