ERIK'S - Bike Board Ski

My bike got fixed and all, but I talked to 3 separate people who clearly didn't talk to each other. My brakes needed adjusting and possibly some new cable, but I had just replaced the cable this past summer, so I thought it was just the adjustment. They told me to drop off my bike at 9 am or so, but when I went to do so, they were closed and no one was there. I returned later to try again, and I told them I wanted to just have the adjustment if possible, and when I dropped off the bike, the guy told me he would try to just adjust it first and then email me so I could reject any repairs I didn't want. I never got the email, just a message to come pick up my bike, with a whole new brake setup (twice the cost of an adjustment). When I picked it up, the repairs guy wasn't there so I couldn't ask any questions and I just had to pay the full amount.

I came in today to view a bike trailer another location had told me was at the dinkytown location. Unfortunately it was boxed and I didnt get to see itbut I did sure got to drive across town for nothing

One of the folks frequently in the shop there - Ryan maybe? - is always happy to field my questions and not make me feel like a bother or an idiot. He is the primary reason I go to Dinkytown Erics for service on my bikes and boards. Makes a big difference!
