Intermix Beverage was an incredible help as we started up our new business. Being inexperienced in opening our coffee house, I was quite intimidated to ask "silly" questions but every time they were so kind and readily available to help on all accounts. Toby was so easy to work with. He was extremely generous in getting us set up with what we needed to start, but also generous with his time and the wisdom he had to share. I'm huge on customer service and Intermix Beverage nailed it. From the friendly welcomes on the phone to making things right if there was a problem...I highly recommend Intermix Beverage. Thanks for all you did to get High Wheel Confectionery and Coffee House rolling and thanks for all you continue to do!

We are a startup coffee shop in the twin cities. We worked with Toby from Intermix for the entire setup. Our first site visit to intermix made us feel very comfortable and gave a confidence that we chose the right partner. We can say Intermix is a one stop shop for all of our coffee shop needs with very competitive pricing. They have a wide selection of barista equipment to choose from along with various products. Toby has been a great partner with our start to finish set up, he turned out to our trusted partner in this entire journey. He is very knowledgeable in this area and had great experience in supporting startups. He shared much of his experience during the setup. He helped us with many moving parts and made our journey completely hassle free. He was very approachable and responded fairly quickly to all of our questions. Intermix committed to what they can do and kept up their promises which is very important in service industry. We take pride in saying that we got a complete white glove service from Intermix. Toby had multiple site visits to make sure we have all we need for getting the business license and are set for success. We get our orders delivered in almost no time with their outstanding supportive staff. Intermix is an incredible company to work with and we cannot imagine our coffee shop with out Toby and Intermix.

We are a non-profit coffee shop opening in Loring Park Spring 2023! We got in touch with Intermix in April 2022 for the first time and they have been helping school us on everything coffee shop related ever since. They've assisted us with equipment selection, architect design review, retail coffee design, and coffee purchasing. They are set to be our primary beverage supplier and our machine maintenance gurus. They are even helping with training our employees in. Special shout out to Paul & Toby for taking great care of us. Toby in particular has gone out of his way, even on his day off, to help us brew coffee for two community engagement events in the lead up to opening. We would absolutely recommend Intermix to any folks involved with coffee!
