I came to Don with a huge tax issue that involved years of unfiled tax returns. Don was direct, clear with a plan and very experienced on a solution. He offered solid advise, a direct and actionable plan forward and was always positive and reassuring in a time when I could not see past the problem. His recommendation for outside help with preparation and booking were solid and made the difficult task easy and solvable. I found his honesty, directness and knowledge level refreshing and comforting when I expected the worst and came to trust his judgement and plan for a positive outcome. The end result was the situation was not nearly as terminal as I believed and to Dons credit his direction and advise took what I believed was a terminal situation and turned it into a very manageable and easy solution. In some cases it was a blessing in disguise. Don is a true professional, extremely knowledgeable, exceptional at what he does and has become a friend as well.
