The truth is that I have had a bad experience every time I go I leave angry because of the bad service they provide and mainly the two young guys are always serving in front I don't know if they like the work or not but they always have inappropriate attitudes every time I go In a row they have made me feel the worst because they are not people who respond well and they always seem to be angry on my part. Since I opened the account with you I have not felt good service from them that is why I am considering seeking other opinions that they make me feel good about the management of my money, I hope that they reconsider and have the option of hiring their staff that is trained in customer service, thank you

I dont know how to start, but this is my first time using this bank and customer service is beyond exceptional. I want to say thank you especially to the branch manager. Rocio Jaramillo Molina . Excellent customer service.

The worst bank in all of south Minneapolis, the people who work there really don't want to work, I understand that they give children a chance but unfortunately the service is terrible... I regret banking with Bmo
