We have been working with North American Banking Company since 2019 and have had nothing but great experiences. Their customer service is top notch and everyone there is so friendly and supportive. It is nice to work with bankers that know your name and your business and are looking out for your best interests.

Ive been banking at the American Banking Company Minneapolis locations over 10 years. All the employees are so helpful, and friendly. Its so nice to have a bank where everyone knows your name! I Highly recommend this bank.

My normal location I go into is the Hastings location and Ive always been greeted with all of the friendly staff there. I walked into this location without a friendly welcome and not knowing if I walked up to the right spot at the front desk after entering, I had to ask where I can get help. Tori was the teller at the front desk who had an attitude my whole visit and her customer service skills seriously lacked. I have been working in customer service for over 12 years and if I talked to and greeted everyone like Tori did to me today, the businesses I have worked at would have had a lot of unhappy customers. If you are in the field of customer service, you have to learn how to treat and talk to people nicely, simple as that. I will not be back this location again.
