        The ATMs at this location are broken every single time I try to stop by. This has been going on for at least a couple years at this point and I've not heard back from anyone at Wells Fargo.

        Something is seriously broken about this branch. You'll wait hours, will be asked to make appointments, be rerouted to phone calls that don't make sense. They won't show up for their appointments. When they finally took our account information they got it wrong and it took us 3 weeks to discover their issue and another 3 weeks to fix it. All the while, the account wasn't able to be used. A complete disaster of a branch. This seems to be specific to this branch office as we simply tried again in a St. Louis Park branch and had a wonderful experience there with no errors. So avoid this branch at all costs.
