One of my tires was leaking air for a few days. I decided to give Steve's a call to see if they had any availability. During the phone call, I let the man on the phone know that I was headed to St. Cloud to visit my sister and my brother in law that same day. The man on the phone was very kind, listened and acknowledged my urgency. He let me know that I could stop by and that he would try his best to squeeze me in, if someone missed their appointment that day. I arrived To the shop about 10 minutes after the phone call and was greeted by him as I walked into the lobby. He let me know that it would be an hour wait. I sat down and to my surprise, 45 minutes later my tire was fixed and i was on the road to my sisters place. Thanks again for fixing my tire ! I highly recommend this shop due to their efficient, kind and welcoming nature.
