CenterPoint Energy's Home Service Plus

Have had these guys out a few times. A couple good encounters. However, a few times techs were extremely shady and untruthful. A tech was in my home unsupervised for no more than 15 minutes and I found him upstairs looking around my home instead of fixing the dryer in the basement. He had absolutely no reason to be upstairs. When I came home he acted flustered and left as soon as possible. Did not explain what he was doing or what he did to "fix" the dryer. I am 100% certain he was doing something inappropriate or was looking for something to steal. My wife's clothes were went through.... Do not trust these people. Not everyone is bad, but they need to better vet their techs or make them work in teams to hold them accountable. Disgusting.

I had to reschedule twice and they were very nice about it. The technicians who came out were professional, yet friendly and reassuring that my dryer would/could be safely repaired. Thank you.

So I took all day the guy pretty much knew what was wrong for my description he brought the part and had it changed out fairly quickly
