        Our fridge stopped cooling. We had Jim come out. He spent 20 minutes, charged $125 ,which is $30 more than his website said for 30 minutes. He left a note with the part we needed. Part came and we replaced it. Still no cooling. I've been trying to reach him since Thursday and have had zero response. Poor customer service and we still have the problem. Would not recommend. He told my son he doesn't like working on our brand of refrigerator but never told me when I originally called. Very disappointed.

        Contacted Jim to fix some appliances at 5 different properties that we manage. Jim came on time, fixed the appliances at very reasonable prices and left our tenants happy with their experience. Happy to recommend Jim and will be using him again!
