Calibrate Management currently owns the building and I have 1 word to define them: Greasy. Greasy, greasy, greasy. Make sure you get absolutely everything you talk about regarding your tenancy in writing, and be prepared to argue over every detail. I cannot stress this enough.

I have been living here since August of 2022 and recently there was multiple break-ins to the underground parking garage due to a malfunctioning door. Residents werent notified of the door working improperly which led to the vandalism and theft from my car. I have been waiting for a response since December 23rd and was told management would respond when they were back from vacation. It is 01/03/2023 and I still havent received any update or response to this terrifying and urgent matter. This is also a safety issue which I have brought to their attention which they have yet to respond to. I would not recommend moving here.

I lived at Chroma for 14 months and overall was happy with the building manager and maintenance but when I moved out, I didn't receive my full deposit even though the building manager promised I would get the full amount back. Calibrate Management kept nearly $200 for "Cleaning and Damages" on my Move Out Statement although it WAS CLEAN and ZERO DAMAGES. After calling and emailing for months, I still have not heard back from anyone. Very unprofessional and a scam of a company.
I still have not heard from anyone, its been over a week
Update: it is 12/14/2021 and I still have NOT received a refund.

The apartments themselves are nice, good quality, and the neighborhood is decent as well. However, the management and processing of all the financial logistics is sketchy, bordering on illegal in my point of view. They dont give any warnings of when to pay rent, they dont tell you if you're accruing late fees, i definitely feel like they take advantage of new college students who don't know what they're doing.. they literally dont communicate anything. Even though the building is pretty nice, I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.
