Minikahda Court Apartments

Just wanted to give a shout-out to Tanya! We scheduled an apartment tour and she drove up from Farmington to make it work when the property owner wasnt available to do it. Huge thank you to her! This speaks volumes to the customer service at Minikahda court.

Overall, our experience living at the Minikahda Court Apartments was good. The location is great (right next to Bass Lake, many restaurants, grocery stores, other trails, etc.) and the amenities (mostly the pool in the summer) and parking options were also good. There were a few things that were inconvenient about living at Minikahda - Broken laundry machines which were replaced with still broken machines that cost $8 to run each time (the response below doesn't tell the whole story), mold in the bathroom, a broken microwave, brown water out of the kitchen faucet. Even though management has changed multiple times, they've been consistent in communication and provide solutions over time, so these probelms never persisted too long. The pro's of living at Minikahda are still greater than these cons, but just have realistic expectations when moving here.

5 stars go to property manager Mark Wyzgowski! Although we didn't end up renting at this complex (the layout didn't work for us and our cats unfortunately), we were seriously considering doing so simply because of Mark! He is very professional (he provided all the information needed and answered all our questions), hospitable, friendly and made an apartment tour a pleasant experience! The apartments themselves are pretty nice and clean, the buildings are old, but in a good condition. We would still recommend Minikahda Court Apartments because it is so close to many nice places, like parks and lakes, yet it is isolated and calm like in suburbs.

I've been here 1yr.what I love about these apts is the grounds ..so green and beautiful..the apts are down off excelsior Blvd..very secluded and private..I love the pool and work out area.and the nature preserve in the back. Management is very helpful and nice.. buildings are kept up very well...there's nowhere quite like this place Jen b.

Minikahda is a nice quiet community. Perfect location, right by everything. Love my apartment everything is remodeled and up to date. Staff is welcoming and very considerate. S/o to Paul Hartwig for being so kind and going out of his way to help .
