Blaisdell Apartments

Responsibility. Renovated. Respectful. These are the words you'd hope to find your apartment and it's managing staff. Unfortunately, as of today, I've found none of this here. We've repair updates that took years, I've had my laundry stolen out of the locked laundry room, had to supply my own AC because they won't fix the one in the unit, and been told that 'Building Security is not our responsibillity,' by staff. Plus at least one employee of theirs has threatened me physically. Needs severe and utter resturcturing

The worst place Ive ever lived at. You literally have to park 2 blocks away because the management wont enforce private parking and the residents have no respect for others. When you let management know they just ignore it until they get replaced a couple months later. Ive seen this place go through 4 different managers in the last 2 years! All of them did nothing but sit in their office and when you go to the office they wont answer the door unless you have something for them. Ive even found homeless people sleeping in the stairs because the residents break the front door so that they dont have to open the door for their friends this place doesnt even deserve 1 star

I wish I could rate them a zero.Blaisdell Apartments are trash. The management has had 4 different people in the office. They advertise air conditioning no air. The heat barely works. They barely come and fix things. Always putting notes under tenants doors saying they owe money and don't. Crack heads and homeless people have more rights then tenants. Never want to hold their selfs accountable for anything. Sued them and won. They barely answer emails, phones calls. I would not recommend anyone to lease a apartment with them
