NoLo Flats

I have nothing but great things to say about my time at NoLo Flats! The leasing staff were always happy to answer my questions via email in a timely manner, the maintenance and cleaning staff were very kind and did a great job. Any issue in my apartment, no matter how minor, was always fixed the next day. The building is new and has some nice amenities, nothing crazy because its a smaller building, but the conference room, lobby, secure package room, workout room are all very much appreciated. The views from the rooftop are pretty unmatched with unobstructed views of the skyline and surrounding neighborhood, as well as the riverfront and the leafy neighborhoods of NE Minneapolis. The location is perfect, as the street is pretty quiet, yet youre only a couple blocks from restaurants, bars, historic buildings, riverfront trails, and downtown. I had a 1 bedroom overlooking the skyline for what I considered a steal of a price, and I loved how large my closet was in my unit. All my neighbors were respectful and friendly. Truly a great building to live in, cant recommend it enough!

My time at Nolo was short, but sweet. I sublet after selling my home and not wanting to buy right away, again. So, this was a great stepping stone for me and it was really enjoyable. The price is not exactly reasonable, but, nothing in the area is and you really do get what you pay for. My experience with the staff, building amenities, and location exceeded my expectations.
