        Loved living at the Asher for 2 years during my time in Minneapolis! Mitch and Kayla were both so helpful and kind, always greeting residents and putting in the most effort to make community events fun for everyone. The amenities were all new and well kept. The maintenance and cleaning team were also super friendly and quick to assist when needed. My favorite part of the Asher was the pool deck and hot tub during the winter! Also really appreciated the community kitchen area & first floor office (with free printing) to work from when I needed to get out of my studio. Many perks and good memories from The Asher. People usually ask about the safety of the area and an honest answer is that yes, at night theres usually some weird things going on across the street at the Cub parking lot, and there were a few incidents of theft and a break-in of the garage (targeted at Kias/hyundais). There were also incidents of the halls having strong weed smells, but those residents were eventually found and evicted for breaking lease rules. Overall, Mitch (property manager) and the owners were quick to take care of concerns and offer assistance to me and the other residents so that our experience living at the Asher could be improved going forward. Things happen when living in any city and what matters is how management addresses it, which I feel that they did well in these situations. I still recommend the Asher to friends in the area and would live there again if I were to go back!

        I lived here for 2 years and had a wonderful experience! Mitch is such a sweetheart and absolutely amazing. The amenities were nice and well taken care of. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of uptown. I miss living here!
