        Ashley was amazing during our tour, the building and amenities are great! Unfortunately, we were denied due to my other half having a DWI on his record. When I talked to the assistant, he stated that a DWI is an automatic denial so keep that in mind when applying. That was really the only issue with the place.

        I had a great time touring this place. They have awesome amenities and a really great staff. Ashley, was really funny, and answered all my questions and got to know me and my people. The quality of the actual building from top the bottom was really great. Strongly considering this for my next home. Request ashley when touring, you wont regret it!

        Just moved in last week and love it. I searched lots of communities and am thrilled that I picked 240 Park. Staff is fantastic and co residents are very nice. Great group of people, beautiful views, and clean and friendly!
