Where do I begin, Sarah and Noah and the entire team are A-MA-ZING. The entire staff from the maintenance guys, cleaners, front desk, and security are all nice and really deliver the best customer experience. The 222 staff plan fun social events during the holidays and they are very responsive when you need something fixed. Thank you guys for everything. All the tenants are super respectful too. No loud music blasting in the middle of the night. In fact, these walls are so thick you can't hear your neighbors next door. You make living here really enjoyable and you are best in class service.

Have been here for 2 months and 222 Hennepin a great spot to live downtown. Easy access to highways and close to some good restaurants and sports stadiums. The staff is very responsive and the facility is well maintained. Would recommend.

Love the apartment! So many amenities, community events, and in the best location between downtown & north loop. Special shoutout to leasing agent Sarah who made the moving in process so seamless!

If you never got the chance to live in college housing and really want to. This is the place. On March 17th, 2023, someone had a breakdown and threw a fire extinguisher threw, a glass door, and threw a window on the third floor. Now I understand the property cant account for someone having a complete breakdown. But they can get that glass replaced in a timely manner. The glass door, which is necessary to use to get to the elevators, was replaced roughly two weeks ago, almost two full months after the incident. The third-floor window still has not been replaced as of June 26th, 2023. The small foyer, which might be the wrong word, is filled with beer cans every weekend. Nothing is ever mentioned of it. There are holes in walls that have been here since we moved on March 11th, 2023. Now multiple people have had their storage lockers broken into. When I reported mine, I was met with an Oh yeah and I will talk with Noah, and he will call you in 20-30 minutes That was on Friday, June 23rd, 2023, at roughly 10:30 am. And I had to call again and was met with a voicemail, and my call was not returned until 3:00 pm on Monday, June 26th, 2023. There were a million red flags when moving in, but I ignored them because of the many 5-star reviews. Honestly, Im not sure how they got them, I would assume it is paid for, but that is an assumption. Hopefully, this review will help you make the right decision and not move in unless you are looking to live in a college housing atmosphere that comes with a luxury north loop price.

My husband and I relocated from California and looked at many apartments before choosing 222 Hennepin. Our first meeting was with Sarah who was (and is) the absolute best. Personable, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout the leasing process, she is definitely one of the reasons we felt so comfy choosing 222. We had some snafus moving in (movers fault) and both Noah and Dan were tremendously kind and helpful sorting out & assisting with whatever was needed. Weve been here for a few months and have enjoyed community events, the fabulous rooftop, and gym. Plus were a ten minute walk from Twins games (and Timberwolves), down the street from great bars and restaurants, many parks and great walks AND living above a Whole Foods is amazing. Highly recommend 222 to anyone looking to move to the North Loop!
