Concierge are lazy, inappropriate & rude (Especially the girl with big hair at night). The new Concierge manager Bruce(bald one) is a creep who has made me and other women feel uncomfortable. He openly stares at women, inappropriately/creepily, doesn't say anything and it feels gross to the point that I started avoiding the lobby at all costs. My neighbors have overheard him talking with the creepy maintenance guy about the young women who live here as if they're just throwing it at them. The terms used were extremely demeaning and how women of certain racial background want men like him. It's disgusting, uncomfortable and feels unsafe. Speaking of safety, strangers and mentally unstable homeless people get in all the time. Oh and never store your bikes in the bike storage! First impressions are everything and this place clearly doesn't care. There's nothing luxurious about it. This was not always the case, property management used to be managed by people who actually cared and so did the front desk. They closed the rooftop due to management being unable to control wild parties and which all the residents now pay for. It's the main selling point and no longer open 24 hours. Neighbors allow thier dogs to use bathroom on rooftop and the dog run is only a patch of turf grass and a fire hydrant. Maintenance guy is highly unprofessional, inappropriate and doesn't have a filter when talking about everyone as if he's a teenager in HS. Complaints were made but as far as I've seen, nothing has changed and they need a complete new team. I would NOT recommend to anyone looking to live in a luxurious complex.

I moved here in September 2022. The front desk staff has always been very helpful and kind but I'm not sure if I can say the same for the management. First of all, they use the rooftop as their main selling point but it's closed from 10pm-5am. It used to be open 24/7 but they changed it without communicating the reasons or the problems with the residents. Second, I've been facing some problems with my electricity bill for few months now, it's significantly higher than usual. I discussed the matter with other residents and they've noticed it too. But even after contacting the management several times, I have received no help. 4Marq is pricey, but we accepted it for the quality of the buildout and amenities but it turned out to be very disappointing.

Worst experience Ive ever had. The front staff was so rude I am baffled that anyone would put up with that. The woman at the front desk single-handedly gave me the worst experience Ive ever had from any business. I truly hope she gets what she deserves and gets cussed out one day. I tried to be on my best behavior but everyone has limits.

Lovely, sleek, lushly appointed. Wonderful airy lobby and entrance, and sun-filled residences (of those I toured). Excellent location downtown Minneapolis, with access to both transit, light rail and quick access to all highways in and out of the city. A tad pricey, but the value is apparent in the quality of the buildout and amenities.

Please make the roof open 24/7 again or at the very least extend the roof hours. Especially if youre going to use the roof as the main selling point to live here, which it is. I understand this is due to quiet hours but making a community shared space limited to 10pm at night makes me feel like Im paying almost 2,000 a month to live in a college dorm. (This is nothing against the front desk workers who are in charge of kicking a 4 person group out of a shared space at 945 pm on a Friday, theyve always been nothing but kind and helpful.) When I moved into this building 2 years ago the roof was open 24/7 so we know its possible. And if its a security concern, that has not been communicated to the rest of the residents in this building, which is something I think we should know. I tried to talked to management to come up with an idea to compromise, but Ive been informed its non negotiable. I know the surrounding apartments in this neighborhood do not have the limited hours for their amenities. Bring back the 24/7 roof hours, throw up a couple cameras if people are being disruptive, and punish those who are in violation of their lease.
