Not answering any emails or phone calls about refunding my deposit since its been 2 weeks since I applied and its been radio silence ever since I paid!! Tf give me back my money rn

Affordable and in a great location! Leasing with Kaitlyn is amazing! She makes you feel at home and welcomed every time you see her. You can tell she cares about her residents and will help where it's needed! Great place!!

Called and scheduled a virtual tour for a Wednesday. No one sent me any links or contacted me so I called a half hour before the scheduled tour and they were like oh she's sick so your tour is canceled. Okay that's fine but why didn't you contact me? So I rescheduled a tour for the next Monday. A few days later the unit I was interested in was taken so I wasn't even all that interested in FIT anymore. But even then on Monday I received absolutely no contact about the tour so it just didn't happen. They have plenty of units available but apparently no interest in filling them?

UNFIT APARTMENTS - MOVE SOMEWHERE ELSE! Do yourself a favor and save the stress and inconvenience of their games. I held off on signing lease until I seen my actual unit on move in day 10/07/22, but was grossly disturbed by my discoveries. Consequently, I did NOT sign lease and ultimately requested my $99 deposit back on 10/10, 10/26 and several more days after that. All I got was the run around/excuses. The 5 star reviews in the last 12 months are giving FAKE, see Sara Mikel's review, similar situation. UPDATE: Finally received my deposit FEBRUARY 2023, after threatening litigation with corporate. Fight back people! Added housing info: if live in MN, the landlord has 21 days to return your deposit and if they dont, you are owed a double deposit. Make sure you check with tenant rights for more information/details on this.

The only reason why I am giving this apartment 5 stars is because of the current management team, Cushman & Wakefield. Specifically, Katie E. - the current leasing manager at FIT. I resided in this apartment complex for nearly three years and during my tenure there, it was under two/three different management companies. Surprisingly, previous companies were unable to contract adequate managers to meet the needs of the current residents. However, once Katie arrived, an immediate change of culture, affinity and an increased sense of belonging transpired. Basic necessities were met such as security concerns, cleanliness and overall organization. Additionally, to speak to Katie's leadership, she received the apartment with a host of problems from break-ins, organizational inadequacies, and cleanliness. It didn't take long for Katie to resolve these issues. Moreover, a couple of months later, 4-6 units flooded. Katie again stepped up immediately, alongside her supervisor to ensure that my needs were met and professionally resolved. On a personal note, I enjoyed working and communicating with Katie - an outstanding individual. On a professional note, as someone who's managed professionals in the past, she is an all-star leader, team-member and professional. If I worked in her industry, I would instantly seek out her skill-set. In regards to the apartment - it is located at the outskirt of downtown MPLS on a busy intersection. The hospital is about 1/2 mile away with frequent ambulance and cop sirens passing by. The apartments are reasonably priced and fairly adequate to live. Would I live there again, only if Katie was the manager and I lived on the top floor.
