The Louis Apartments

I moved in these apartments in November of last year and so far I am loving my new home. The property manager Cedina always goes the extra mile to get things done and will always listen to any concerns you might have. The maintenance man Skyler is knowledgeable and quick to fix any problems you might have in your apartment, great place.

I would just like to commend our new landlord Cedina she has helped to get this place cleaner and trying to get it more safe. It is nice to know when you have a landlord really looking out for her tenants.

I've had a great experience at The Louis for the past year. The manager Cedina is fantastic, handling any issues that arise with skill, compassion, and expertise. I appreciate her dedication to ensuring a stable and comfortable living environment. The neighborhood is wonderful and so close to parks, grocery, and transit. I've been very happy with my spacious unit. It is well-maintained and has a great view on the north side of the building.

Just moved in last week and I love. Moved in with my brother to beautiful high ceilings, new stainless steel appliances and the best part the move in was smooth and not hectic at all. Dina made the process easy, she had our keys ready, paper work ready to sign and even walked with us to our unit. She has great energy, positive and makes you feel from day one this is your home. Which I felt when we toured the property and unit. We love our new home, our space and most importantly the property manager. Shes awesome and very supportive.
