        No sure why I have yet to leave a review. We've purchased dozens of upblast ventilators from Walter's and always recived the best service possible. They anticipate our needs by stocking what we purchase without even asking. Kudo's to Perry and the sales team for all of their help over the years.

        Purchased a Rupp unit that had multiple components cut out of it. Between missing components and rude, incompetent staff made this process completely sickening. I cant believe that I had to pay twice for the same thing. Do yourself a favor and do the proper research on the product and who their rep is and choose company with a more reliable support staff and rep.
