Shen Acupuncture + Meditation Studio

As someone who is very skeptical by alternative medicines, I was pleasantly surprised by the outcome of my treatment with Dr. Guan! Over a period of a couple months, I slowly began having constant tension headaches. Dr. Guan assured me this was treatable. She did a great job explaining acupuncture and how the treatment plan would work. After my first session, I noticed positive change. After my 3rd treatment Ive been feeling completely relieved for a week now! I will continue treatment and look forward to more positive change. Thank you, Dr. Guan.

I have been a longtime acupuncture patient but recently moved to Minneapolis and was in search of a new doctor. after much research I opted for Shen - and I feel lucky to have found it. The offices are in a great space, easy access and parking. Dr. Guan is awesome - kind, attentive, and very thorough as she listens to your issues and concerns. After the first treatment, I was noticeably improved and have not had a recurrence of the issue. I will be adding them to my self-care roster going forward.

Shen Accupuncture is incredible and Im so lucky to have gone here now for over two years! Both Dr. Kruse and Dr. Guan are amazing and wonderful practitioners. Both are warm, knowledgeable, and very skilled in their craft. Shen also has a peaceful and inviting meditation room to use as well. I cant recommend Shen enough to others!

Ive been very pleased with my acupuncture treatment with Dr. Guan. I was a little worried because I had never had acupuncture therapy before, but Im glad that I decided to give it a try. I started three weeks ago after experiencing sudden and severe anxiety, which was very disorienting. Dr. Guan was accommodating and took the time to explain, in both Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western medicine, how acupuncture can help with mental health and anxiety in particular. It was validating to see how many of my symptoms aligned with my diagnosis. Ive always felt very welcome and heard, and all my concerns are always addressed. Im really glad my first experience with acupuncture was at Shen.
