Im so grateful to have received care from Murray. When I met her I had been struggling with a very prolonged and emotional recovery from a tailbone injury, working with some stalled success though weekly PT and chiropractic care. Murrays got a very lovely approach to acupuncture and between her great needling and her super grounded, intentional presence, I finally healed up. Its good medicine yall, and Murray is rock star.

I've been working with Murray since 2018. I'm a long time cancer survivor and Murray has helped me along the way with pretty intense and ongoing neuropathy in my feet, anxiety, the grief and trauma from ongoing medical surgeries and treatments. She's extremely knowledgeable and has given me great resources throughout the years. I trust her and just overall appreciate her as she is one of the best listener's.

Murray is one of the most genuine and caring providers I've worked with and I'm so grateful she is a part of my team. She takes the time to listen and really understand your health history and current symptoms. I leave every session feeling supported in my day-to-day symptom management as well as my long-term health goals. Murray is also so in tune and knowledgeable on how the body works and the interconnectedness of the different systems that when I first started seeing her I was shocked at how she knew I was experiencing some symptoms based on my vitals and observations she'd make without me even mentioning them first. Sometimes I don't even question how she knows what's happening in my body and just accept she can probably read my mind. She also takes the time to explain how and why certain treatments work and provides self-practices to do for relief. I learn something new almost every session and would recommend her to anyone interested in trying out acupuncture.

I have been coming to Murray for treatment for over five years for the gamut of injuries, illnesses, chronic conditions, and mental health. Why do I keep going back? Because she is deeply empathetic, an active listener, an accomplished healer, an ongoing student of her craft, and I wouldnt be this far into my wellness journey without her. If you are seeking relief and healing from a skilled acupuncturist, I cannot recommend her (highly!) enough.
