I cant say enough about how great this company was to work worth. We had a very small window of time to complete a remodel of an entire room before summer rentals began. From the moment I spoke to Phil till the end of the project, he and his team were quick to respond, deliver, and update where we were and what to do. They did incredible work and I would trust them 1000% with any job again. Very personal/ professional and easy to communicate with. Thank you just doesnt seem like enough !! When I had an aquarium fail and spill fish water all over the second floor of my home, Phil and his team reacted quickly and was able to contain and dry out the water. After the dry out they did a complete remodel of both the second floor and the first floor of my home. I couldn't be happier with the results everything came out perfect and it looks like a new home. Because I was completing an addition to my home I wanted to make sure my foundation was strong, safe and mold free so I call KIN Restoration to do an evaluation. Philip Welu came out to inspect my crawlspace needs. Following his thorough evaluation he did find some areas of concern and provided me with several recommendations on repairs and improvements. He also gave me suggestions on how to prevent problems in the future and some insulation ideas. He was very detailed in his recommendations sending me an email with websites of the products he would use and the processes he would take. Ultimately I choose to follow all of his recommendations and asked him to complete the job. He got right to it! (which I was very thankful for). He began with applying a mold/mildew remover, caulked all cracks, applied a concrete sealer, seal all concrete walls with foam insulation. While in the crawlspace, he did completed several other. Cleaning the area, repairing cracks in the slab, repaired cracks in the block joints, adding a sump pump cover, etc. All of this professitonalism and prompt service at a fantastic price is exactly why I will hire Philip again in the summer to complete the epoxy flooring in my garage. I would highly recommend Philip and his team at KIN Restoration every single time!

I can't thank Phil and KIN restoration enough! We had some major issues in our Crawlspace due to water and mold, and they were able to stop the moisture, clean everything up, and actually get it to the point where we can confidently use the space for storage. I would highly recommend KIN Restoration!
