The management is horrendous. Specifically the area director and middle management. They do not care about the staff or residents and have run a company with a great reputation over a decade ago into a laughing stock of the area. Ask anyone about this company and they will have something negative to say.

I worked at REM for 13 years. From 1975 to 1988. Marshall, Mn location. Loved the staff, and Residents. Moved to Maryland. I think about REM often with fondness. Missed my job there, not MN weather so much. Lol. I have worked with the developmentally disabled for 47 years. Take Care and God Bless.
