Katie was a fantastic agent and asset during the buying process. We discovered her when we were looking for properties and were not in MN. She setup a showing of the property she was listing as well as another she wasnt the listing agent on. The whole process was made smooth for her despite the distance, the very complicated nuances of the property, the number of parties that were involved with some of these nuances and all the questions that were posed to her. She worked so hard to get answers, run interference and assist in any and every way. We wouldnt have been able to make it all come together if she had not been our agent. I have been in the real estate and finance game a long time and she is absolutely her clients' advocate, fair to all parties and an incredibly hard worker. You will be so happy you went with Katie if you use her as your agent to buy or sell a home.

We bought and sold a place with Katie! She was exceptional to work with! So patient and never pushy with us trying to find our forever home, and it took us a long time to find our home!
