Molly and Bill took very good care of us. They made it easy for us to get our home ready for sale, very quickly, since we had already purchased our new home in a new town. They kept us in the loop through the whole process of showing, finalizing a sale within a month! and closing on the sale of our house in Marshall. We absolutely loved working with the Archbold team. Bill was always flexible with arranging showing times and was informative and patient with any questions we had. As first time homebuyers, we wanted to make sure we chose someone who made us feel safe and comfortable throughout the process as well as someone who wasn't going to pressure us into a sale if we weren't sure.
