Had a colonoscopy done here 12/11/23. Dr. Charles Eisenhauer was my physician. I think the world of this man. He comes dressed for work! Three piece suit. Not sneakers, a pair of sweat pants and a T-shirt. He comes dressed for the job. I appreciate that. Before the procedure, we had a consultation. He was VERY thorough and explained it in a way that, someone that is not familiar with this can really understand. If only all doctors across this great nation of ours took note of the good Dr. Eisenhauer. Hes not there just for a paycheck like the doctors in Florida that I have had to come accustomed to. Theres something about Minnesota. I would be remiss if I didnt mention ALL of the staff I came into contact with were beyond helpful and kind. Professional? Oh you betcha! I can only remember a lady named Wendy. Im sure if the hospital looked it up, they could let them all know that they were shining stars for me today!

Wow my wife and me had fostered in a 3 year old for over a year and a half and now we adopted him now they can't give any information. Wow really pathetic guys they just need to close

Sorry they just Plat ring around the damn rosey. 3 weeks ago my son has gotten hurt they did CT scan n x-ray claims he's fine n no I know my son he's not fine nothing has changed

Horrible place. They care more about numbers then their patients and Dr. Mok is the absolute worst. Don't recommend urgent care not ER. ER tried putting a no tress passing order on us because we demanded out preemie son be evaluated before me and they said NO!! They care more about the time spent in the room for the money. Very rude and disrespectful people
