If you are looking for a new or reliably used vehicle, call Kruse Ford & ask for MITCH or JULIE, today! I drove 200 miles to purchase my Cadillac XTS from Kruse. My entire experience with this dealership, from the top down and the bottom and up was genuinely FANTASTIC! The owner, a young man named Vince, spent time with me on the phone prior to my strip down & spent time with me while I was in the store! He was genuine, polite, funny AND honest! I worked the deal with a young man named Mitch. He was EXTREMELY helpful, and knowledgable and genuinely a nice young man! While Mitch was working with finance and the detailing department on the behind the scenes type of stuff, another gal named Julie kept me comfortable and shared lots of laughs with me. When it came to financing my Cadillac, I worked with Nick in Finance. Nick is VERY helpful in explaining any questions you have and helped get me a GREAT rate on my new car! The dealership gave me a MORE than fair trade value on my trade in, a 2021 Buck GX Encore ST. It only had 1500 miles on it, I just purchased it in July, but, realized the car was too small for what I wanted. I thought FOR SURE I would take a beating on the trade in value, but, I received a WONDERFUL trade value for my Buick. I buy a LOT of vehicles, from this point forward, my starting point will be with the team at Kruse Ford in Marshall, Minnesota--- I suspect that's also where my business will be earned AGAIN!
