        Recommend! Been going to them for years. Always answers the phone in a couple of rings, can make an appointment or drop off documents, and very quick, takes 1 or 2 days to complete. Great little place that gets the job done and open late! Great staff! Shout out to Tim! I forgot one of my documents and they let me email them and print them there instead of making me come back. Thank you! Also shout out to Ryan! Been working with him for years and he's always been great and and extremely helpful. Love working with the same people each year. A place that you are happy to return to year after year!

        I really loved these guys for over 10 years. But when I bought a house I trusted them and they kept filing taxes for me but missed the house buying part. Lost who knows 7000k. Then they went out of their way to combine me and my roommates taxes one year and I lost my property's tax rebate of 850-1000 , .That's why I do not want to do business anymore. Get me back my owed money and we're good!! I didn't make a mistake you guys did and it cost me!!

He was on the phone with me for an hour, answering my tax/finance-related questions. He was kind, patient and able to break down all of the information in an easy-to-understand way. Great service!

      Hi Mel, I don't show that you have been a customer of ours for over five years. Further, MN Department of Revenue rules require us to include Household Income for property tax purposes unless they are a renter/boarder, dependent or parent. I don't show that you ever claimed rental income. I am sorry you don't like the rules, but we didn't make them. There was no mistake on our end. I find it interesting that you chose to make this post 5 years after last coming to our office. I'd be happy to talk to you in person as we are under new ownership since you were last here.
