        Law away almost paid on the perfect couch. Going to look stellar when I have a space to put it. No online payments like in the Illinois store.

        Zero or negative. Lack of professionalism and very rude to customer. A long story short. I ordered something through online and picked them up. I realized that the size of one item is totally different from what I expected. So, I just meant to explain the frustration when the measurement of material is incorrect on the website. Then, the staff was just trying to say just whatever he wanna say and procedures to do when it is incorrect, which I knew and already talked about, and keep mis-pointing as what I clarified/ what I am pointing. Then, he become angry by himself, and asked if I wanna talk with manager. I did not say anything (Actually I preferred tho). He called manager. I expected that the guy who came was store manager, but he was not a higher-up much than I expected. So, I did not have a deep conversation, but actually the guy who came later was nice and communicable. So I ended the issue. However, through this experience, I can see why Lowe's has been declined and foreseen losing more customers. I decided to cancel my long-hold Lowe's credit card and stick to Home Depot.
