I had a very very long and drawn out review about how much we enjoyed working with Restoration Network and how great they did helping us get back to normal after water damage, but no one honestly wants to read all that so heres the short(er) version. Everyone that we worked with from the water mitigation team to the estimator to the rebuild was great!! The person we spent the majority of our time dealing with was our project manager Cruz. If youre ever unlucky enough to need restoration services, or just want to deal with a company that is easy to work with, very professional, and great with their communicationthis is the company! Cruz is definitely the guy! Even with a couple minor hiccups (nothing that couldve been avoided) he was truly great to work with. He went above and beyond for us and it was greatly appreciated. Thank you Restoration Network, and a big thanks to Cruz! Our house looks amazing and you all did a wonderful job!

We discovered spongy wet carpet in our home and started to smell an odor, after submitting a request to Angi's List, Sue from Restoration Network reached out within 15 minutes to see what the issue was. The team was extremely helpful in helping us better understand the scope of the issue and despite needing to leave home for the weekend, they came out immediately to take a look. We were so thankful we did because we already had mold in the carpet after a few days of a water leak in the ceiling. The team was thorough and explained everything to us as they moved forward. We are happy the issue has been identified and we look forward to working with the team to restore the space. Safety is their number one priority, which is very important to us with a young child and pets at home. We would recommend them to anyone dealing with water damage!
