      image Had a 3:30 appointment. Arrived at 3:20, waited until 3:50. No one showed up!!! This was going to be my first time using JH. I will not be back. I left work early for this appointment. Not a good first impression. What's funny is my reminder email says,If I'm late, I would have to reschedule.
