When it comes to our individual taxes, I appreciate the promptness in Mark's getting back to us when we have questions, and his insistence on answering questions by phone rather than by email. This way, we have to opportunity to discuss the what-ifs and I feel comfortable knowing that all angles are covered.
I also like the occasional client emails sent out from CFR with tax news, and the security and ease of using the Cyber Cabinet. The entire process is user-friendly and feels well thought out.

As an enrolled agent, I understand the unique needs of Church Payroll. The major payroll companies don't get it. Clergy does.

Great customer service. Very knowledgeable and accessible. Ever since I hired them to do my taxes I've had peace of mind. Absolutely love their client portal and the ability to access my documents at anytime from anywhere. Totally recommend them.
