        Fired after coming back from covid. ED is the worst and a hypocrite. Runs the building as she wishes and no rules apply to her. Terrible experience corporate wouldn't even call me back. Walked off job like a criminal after all the hard work was done. Shameful!

        We at The Villages facility are being run by a person who will only manage by the theory of "my way or no way".Will be sending a copy of a letter that will explain why there is such a devide with between management and the majority of the residence.

        Clear lake facility is nice on the outside but not so nice inside. My mother was a resident for over 2 1/2 years. Constant turnover of untrained staff and was removed by her ER Doctor for neglect. This is a fact.
