Jacob was first rate!! My main drain backed up into the basement on a Saturday afternoon. Very nasty. I called friends looking for suggestions of who to call and got several numbers. Jacob was the first one to respond, even though he was up north ice fishing. With some discussion we determined I could limp along until Monday morning which would save me the emergency rates. Jacob showed up on time Monday and went right to work with cable and camera. It was a large tough blockage almost 70 feet in, and he brought in another drain guy, David, to help the job along. When they finished Jacob was very diligent about cleaning everything up and followed up with a video of the cleaned out drains. Jacob was polite, answered all of our questions and concerns patiently and took the time to make sure we were satisfied. I would hire him again and recommend him to my friends and family.

Jacob was a real hero. I found myself in a terrible situation with my plumbing and was unable to use my home for a few days because the sewer line was so backed up. After consulting other companies who were either fully booked or did not instill much confidence in me on their abilities to clear said blockage I reached out to Jacob, and he was immediately willing to take a look early the next forming (I called after hours) and felt confident he could get the job done and in a timely manner. He was early, a master in his craft, very thorough in explaining things, was very affordable and indeed was able to open my homes drain after dealing with one of "the worst ball roots systems" he has ever seen. Thank you so much, Jacob I will definitely recommend your services to anyone in the metro in the future.
