I went to pick up my prescriptions and was told there were no current prescriptions. After I assured them there were they found them. I was told to come back in an hour. I went back after 1 1/2 hrs just to be safe. They weren't ready. Was told to come back in 25 minutes. I waited in the parking lot for 35 minutes. Went back and still not ready. I've invested 3 hrs 45 minutes of my time and still don't have my meds. Very frustrating. I've been happy at cub pharmacy for over 25 years, but not now. I'm going elsewhere. Really too bad.

Echoing the sentiment shared previously; This place is a dumpster fire and I'm shocked that it continues to operate as such without wholesale management directed changes across the board.

Open 24 hours! So nice to have a pharmacy like that. I'm honestly surprised to see the 2.6 star rating on Google. The staff are kind, knowledgeable, and respectful. Nice to have and hope they stay 24 hours in the future!
