Justin went above and beyond the call of duty. We had a somewhat complicated refinance and despite several bumps in the road, Justin was always able to get things straightened out and resolved. Brett Lacoy was an awesome lender! I’m a first time homebuyer and he was very available and patient and knowledgeable and I felt comfortable as he walked me through the pre-approval process. Tj has gone above and beyond to help us get our loan, he helped me through the 1st time home buying process; more than any other person would have. He always answered my questions promptly, was patient ( as a 1st time home buyer you have lots of questions). He always helped me stay positive and calm through the whole process. ( the lending part was not stressful at all , thanks to TJ; but buying your 1st home can be stressful and nerve wrecking) . He is very professional but also very personable. He helped find us the best loan option at the right price. He was very dedicated in making sure everything went smoothly and closed on time. I would give him 10 stars out of 5. You wont be disappointed going with TJ
