I took an elderly gentleman friend of mine to this bank today around 3:38pm to withdraw money. From the start we were not greeted well. I told the teller at the drive through that we wanted to withdraw money. She sent a withdraw slip over. My friend lost his slip under his seat because he just got his eye dilated at the eye doctor's office so I asked for a new one because I felt safer staying inside my car. The asian lady teller sent me what I thought was another withdraw slip and I filled it out for my friend. I sent it back after he signed it and the asian lady rudely said "ARE YOU CONFUSED? What are you trying to do?" I said we want to withdraw money. She angrily said "Why did you fill out the Deposit slip then?" I explained again that my friend dropped the first withdrawal slip under his chair and I couldn't get to it. She sent over the third slip, which is now a withdrawal slip. And we finished our transaction with a White lady, who did not give us any problems. To the asian lady bank teller, You were probably having a bad day but you didn't need to take it out on us. If you don't like your job, then find a new one because your customer service sucks! This is why I bank with Bank Of America and will continue to bank with Bank Of America! My friend is also planning to switch to Bank of America because of your rudeness and unprofessionalism! I hope your boss reviews the video of you helping us today st 3:38pm on the terminal right next to the window, and writes you up! I will also be calling to complain at Wells Fargo HQ. If you ever end up in the hospital or a nursing home (which with your ugly attitude, you probably have hypertension so you will at some point in your life) I hope you get the same treatment you gave to my friend and I. We will NOT be returning to this WF.
