My experience with Erica Carlson has been of such high quality that I feel compelled to share for those that are choosing a realtor. While there are many reasons to share, I think the one stand-out quality that Erica has is patience. I was ready to list my property and photographers were coming, and I changed my mind. A year passed, and I then I was ready again. Erica was extremely patient with me. She also was very keen in understanding that I have very little to no knowledge of the real estate world. She was clearly and concisely able to explain things, sometimes many times and in different ways, to help me understand various concepts and decisions that I needed to make. She explained market fluctuations, variables that influence timing, and many other components of real estate so I could make educated decisions. In addition, while I sold my home and then bought another, she never once pressured me nor rushed me. She always listened to me, explained what and when she would send documents, communications, etc., and did so professionally and compassionately. I highly recommend Erica because she was down to earth, met me where I was "at," and helped me in a way that was empowering and allowed me to feel confident in my decisions.

Erica will forever be my recommendation for a realtor to anyone looking. I happen to meet her by chance after I submitted a request on Zillow for more information about a property. She was who responded to my request and from that moment on I just felt like we clicked. She listened to our needs and wants and was very often the voice of reason we needed. I have looked into buying a home many times over the years but honestly the teams I worked with always made me feel like it was out of my reach. But Erica didnt, from the beginning she has been reassuring and never making me feel like my wants were unrealistic. On top of her flexibility and her attentiveness the woman has the patience of an absolute Saint. If you are looking to buy a house Erica would be a wonderful choice for a realtor, she will make you feel supported and confident every step of the way.
